My career

Zalando

Since 2022

I joined Zalando as a Product Design Manager, overseeing a diverse team of product designers, a user researcher, and a content designer in the B2C e-commerce space.

Leading cross-platform projects for both the app and website, we delivered impactful solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Product Design, I implemented training programs, enhancing team capabilities with precision Q&A and leadership boot camps.

Collaborating seamlessly with Engineers and Product Managers, our journey emphasized commitment, leadership, and successful design delivery in the dynamic e-commerce landscape.

Vodafone Italy

2017 – 2022

I started at Vodafone as Senior UX Designer and UX Project Manager in 2017, working on the Reward Program and the AI Chatbot.

In 2019, I became the AI Chatbot Chapter Design Lead, leading a team of UX, UI, and Conversational Designers working on display and vocal channels.

From July 2021 to July 2022, I have worked as the Consumer Design Chapter Leader. I lead a team of UX, UI Designers, and UX Writers. We work on the app, the e-commerce website, the self-care area, and the support.

We collaborated daily with the UX Research and Service Design Team to base our design on users’ needs and test them before the development.

I worked closely with Product Managers and directly reported to the Head of Design.

CT Mobi

2015 – 2017

I started in CT Mobi as a Junior Designer in 2015. In 2016, I became the Senior Designer, leading the Design Team and dealing with clients. I designed experiences and interfaces for online tech magazines and apps for event management. I worked closely with the engineering team to finish implementation, and with analytics to produce usability reports.

Product Design Master Degree at Politecnico di Milano

2011 – 2014 – Mark 110/100

I initiated and contributed to several strategic design projects involving personas, scenario building, concept design, and product service system design.

I had an amazing Erasmus experience in Ecole Des Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux (2012).

I did my university stage at deLighting, Bali – Indonesia (2013).
